The Nintendo 64

The Nintendo 64 was released in 1996 to the general public, and was very popular.
The Nintendo 64 was a console like no other at the time. It was 64 bit, had a controller like no other,
three pronged with a super sensitive analog stick, and it used cartridge when all others used dvd.
It's graphics were far superior to the Playstation and Sega Saturn, but unlike them, the Nintendo 64 had four controller ports compared to Playstation and the Saturn's two controller ports.
The Nintendo 64's load times were also much shorter then the Playstation and Saturn's load times.
All these things made the Nintendo 64 the party console of the mid 1990's, until the Dreamcast came and was awesome.
The Nintendo 64 also popularized the first-person shooter on home console.
I did not go in to to many details in this review but the Nintendo 64 is one of the most important game consoles of all time.
